Founder Directory of JKK Mr. Kaushlendra Jha was invited by "JAGHRIT Nepal in Association with Madhesi CA Club & IDEA International organization" to deliver the lecture on Fiscal federalism in Nepal. Foundation Directory has worked on the issues of fiscal federalism and federal finance in India for a considerable period of time. In his view, outsiders without the understanding of the institutional realities have very little role in proffering advise on matters as serious as governance and federalism for country. He delivered his lecture in front of CA member of Nepal to the solutions to the issues confronting the restructuring of governance system in Nepal, in his view, it must be found by the people of Nepal and more particularly the people’s representatives. They alone can, and should decide the nature of the governance system based on their judgment about what is best for them.
